This website provides general information about Palace Ring and its services. Use of the website is subject to this Notice, the website provisions of the Terms of Service, and applicable law. Service descriptions, availability and pricing are binding only when included in an accepted Order.
A visitor may access and make reasonable internal use of public pages. The visitor may not interfere with the website, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, collect data through abusive automation, misrepresent an association with Palace Ring, use content unlawfully, or attempt unauthorized access. Palace Ring may restrict access needed to protect the site, users or legal rights.

8. Governing law
For public website use without an Order, Delaware law governs this Notice and related non-contractual disputes, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and the parties consent to that forum. Mandatory consumer, privacy, public-law and local rights remain unaffected.
For a contracted engagement, the Order supplies the governing law, forum and notice method. The Data Processing Agreement and mandatory international-transfer terms apply to Customer Personal Data where relevant.
9. Changes
Palace Ring may amend this Notice from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version.
