Overview
Palace is a private personal computing system. Each palace belongs to one person, and the service is designed to keep that person's life data in their own palace instead of mixing it into a shared social feed or advertising profile.
Palace does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising tracking.
Information We Process
- Account and sign-in information, including palace name and session records.
- Content the user adds to Palace apps, such as notes, tasks, health entries, files, and messages.
- Device and app information needed for mobile operation, push notifications, security, and diagnostics.
- Purchase and subscription records needed to provide paid Palace features.
- Camera, microphone, photo, biometric, and notification permissions only when the user enables features that need them.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to run the user's palace, keep sessions secure, sync across devices, deliver notifications, provide support, process subscriptions, debug reliability issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
Palace shares information only with infrastructure, payment, notification, and support providers needed to operate the service, or when required by law. Palace does not sell user data.
Retention And Deletion
Palace keeps data while the palace account is active or while needed for security, billing, support, and legal requirements. Users can request account or data deletion by contacting privacy@junwon.com.
