Account Help
Palace accounts are accessed with a palace name and door code. If sign-in fails, include the palace name, device model, operating system version, and the approximate time of the issue in the support request. Do not send door codes by email.
Privacy And Data Requests
Privacy questions, export requests, and deletion requests can be sent to privacy@junwon.com.
Store Review
App review teams can use the review notes submitted in App Store Connect or Google Play Console for test access instructions. Support requests from app review teams receive priority during review windows.
